For $99/month you get your own configured provider app: online booking, e-signed forms, a cashier for invoices and payments, WhatsApp/LINE handoffs, and your branding on the public pages tourists see. Every operating module is included — patient care, beds, cashier, forms, transport, dispatch, fleet, and crew — and you toggle on the ones you actually run. The international claims module comes with Insurance-Ready. Terra's AI consult can compose the setup for you, or you can configure it yourself.

The front-desk money answer: pick the traveler's home country and the insurer on their card, and Terra tells you the payment route — direct billing vs GOP/assistance, the strongest payer lane, and the paperwork you need first — before you treat. It names the route; it never promises coverage. Free Profile includes 4 checks a month; every paid tier is unlimited.

An optional one-time engagement, from $1,500 remote or $2,500 full: our team builds your system for you — services, pricing, forms, branding, and public pages — and sets up your online presence and your insurance connectivity: insurer list, rate sheets and dual pricing loaded, GOP contacts, and claim routing. Delivered online or by appointment; larger custom projects are quoted separately. One-time fee, not a recurring charge.

Insurance-Ready is $299/month ($199 founding-partner rate) and adds the full insurance workflow: coverage answers, insurer-ready case packets you can export in one click, GOP tracking on every invoice, claim routing to Tourist SOS Operations, and a disbursements read-back. On the Managed tier, our operations cells — AI systems with experienced humans in the loop — run your international billing end to end for a success fee of 20–35% of what we recover, scaled down with volume. That's the same range collection agencies charge to only chase debt; we prepare, file, track, and appeal. To be clear about the boundary: the fee applies to recovered amounts only, and this is never a guaranteed-payment promise — we help organize and support insurance-ready documentation and recovery workflows.

No. Bring as many staff and patients as you need. The app works better when more of your team uses it.

That's the default we assume. Onboarding asks what you do, not what you are — check both 'we see patients' and 'we run medical transports' and the app configures for both. Toggle any of the 9 modules on or off in Settings anytime.

Not in the provider app itself. Providers who want to bill U.S. insurance directly graduate to Tourist SOS billing plans — a separate, downstream product for clinics that submit claims to U.S. payers themselves. Insurance-Ready & Managed is the path there; talk to us and we'll route you.
